Recovery and Transformation of Abandoned Industrial Areas
Real.VI. s.r.l. is also involved in the recovery of former artisanal and industrial areas, transforming them into spaces dedicated to residential, tertiary, or social uses, such as schools, recreational areas, and sports centers.
In this regard, Real.VI. s.r.l. has redeveloped a portion of the urban fabric in the town of Tradate by demolishing and converting an old industrial space into residential buildings. Additionally, a standard parking area was created in this zone and transferred to the local municipality, thus fully revitalizing the site.
The company’s social mission and commitment to enhancing the territory have allowed Real.VI. s.r.l. to restore a former charcoal factory in Cislago, transforming it into a cultural hub that now houses a daycare, a kindergarten, a gym with a dance school, and a multifunctional center dedicated to youth activities. The complete recovery of the former industrial spaces and the creation of this new social-use complex have contributed to the revitalization of the area, providing new services to the community and offering a concrete solution to the issue of abandoned industrial sites, which are often considered a liability for local municipalities.
The entire recovered complex, called La Fabbrica del Carbone, which remains owned by Real.VI. s.r.l., has been leased to service companies that manage its activities.
Eco-Friendly and Low Environmental Impact Projects
Since 2011, Real.VI. s.r.l. has launched an innovative real estate project focused on the construction of high-value residential properties in energy class A, fully respecting the environment.
These properties, named EP 29, were designed with particular attention to energy efficiency through the use of innovative technologies. The project utilizes geothermal energy for the production of hot water and heating, as well as a photovoltaic system with a power capacity of 10 kWp for electricity generation. These technologies, integrated with the best available systems on the market (automatic air exchange systems with heat recovery, summer cooling through natural cooling or heat pumps, and a home automation electrical system for managing and controlling the entire system), alongside high-efficiency building subsystems, have enabled the creation of truly Class A buildings (EPH = 20.35 KWh/m²/year certified).
The acronym EP29 is a symbolic name derived from the initials of “Energia Primaria” (Primary Energy), which refers to the energy requirement for winter climate control. The number 29 represents the maximum value in KWh/m²/year within the range of 14 to 29 that identifies the Class A energy rating of a property.

Real.VI. s.r.l. is also directly involved in the management of its real estate assets through sales and leasing operations, as well as the drafting of real estate contracts.
Additionally, to address the current difficulties clients face in accessing credit from banks, Real.VI. s.r.l. has implemented an innovative system called Scheduled Purchase for customers in need. This system allows the buyer to lock in the price of a property at the time of signing the sales contract at the notary, for a predetermined period, and enables immediate use of the property.
